My God! That's treasonous talk! How dare you speak against Bush and the Mighty Concepts of Neoconservatism! Off to an Ashcroft cell with you! Another failed neocon 'concept' out the window. Certain things NEED to be regulated, and energy is one of them. Energy Deregulation - a failed and expensive experiment.

Dear Pat; I have NEVER in my nearly 60 years found Govt Regulation the answer to anything. I remember in the late 60's I lived in Penna. There the state regulated the MILK industry. Right next door in Ohio it was unregulated. We paid NEARLY TWICE what Ohians paid for milk. Govt regulation exists IN MY MIND to PROTECT outdated, inefficient services and suppliers NOT THE CONSUMER.
