To say the least, that's why I always want an experienced person, who knows the area, schools (even thought I don't have any of school age, it's important for resale) and how well the property has held it's value.

When I bought my house I got a good price because my Dad's a realtor. I got a house before it was listed, the seller didn't have to pay any commission and I got a price break.
