Curious timing, for sure. They site Enron, etc. as reasons - but that happened a while ago.

a tidal wave of brokerage lawsuits is around the corner
round #1 was a brokerage victory, as risky stock investments resulted in losses, and a NYstate judge tossed the case out

but many many more are coming
one thing few seem to take to heart...
as soon as 1-2 cases is heard and results in plaintiff victory, it is all over
then comes the torrent
precedent and evidence will be clear
