RtS, search google for 'cup and handle' and you'll find many sites. Here's one marketscreen.com

Looking at O'Neil's book he calls for a cup lasting 7 to 65 weeks [usually 3-6 months] and price sag of no more than 33%. But he's not emphatic this has to happen after a rise [as in bull market]. The handle, he says, should drop down up to 15% for more than one or two weeks with decreasing volume and be above the 200 dma.
