'Defaced the Presidency' Reagan had the worst record for scandals in many years. The only reason he wasn't seen in the same light as Nixon is that he was telegenic. 'Trashed the Constitution' Bush is captaining the biggest assault on the Constitution since, well, since it was written. Clinton will be seen as an A- president. Bush 43 will get the Peppermint Patty grade - D-, unless he pulls a miracle out of his hat and completely turns himself around.
