One of the women in that article is a first cousin. I'm sure she should made her choice because she was in love.
Good comparison with nuns, I had forgot about them, perhaps blocked them out is a better way of putting it.

The old story that Karen posted about the virgin birth and how millions of people depend on it for their faith is a little over the top. The true story of Christ is about redemption through love and forgiveness. The virgin birth part is irrelevant to the message.

Christianity is a lot different in other parts of the world. In Florence if you were walking past a church and the bells were ringing people would go in and attend mass. Young, old, vagrants and merchants, it was really quite natural.
