Taking out the barbarous terrorist leaders will help the peace process, but it won't stop the terrorist organizations until the millions of dollars of "blood" money stops coming in from Iran, Syria, Saudi Arabia, etc. As long as killing Jewish families is profitable the terrorism will not stop, even if the Palestinians get ALL of their demands and their own state. I would like to see Israel being more proactive against regimes that are supporting the terrorist groups. Iran, for instance, openly supports Hezbollah. To me that is an act of war against Israel by Iran. Israel would be justified in creating "hit" teams to go after the criminal Muslim leaders of Iran, for defensive purposes.
