Are you saying the companies who buy Iraqi oil should not sell the products derived from it at a profit as they do all other crude product? Why?

If no one is allowed to make a profit on Iraqi oil, no one will buy any. Business doesn't operate for charitable reasons. And why should it?

What kind of checks do you have in mind - beyond the audits called for in the UN resolution?
