That early 02 move is basically only the first real reference high...not a MIM so API can't be a MIMBO...yet.

Until yesterday SPLS had been drifting along above the MDTL with no real volume or technical signal to confirm its MIMBO status.
Well...now it's confirmed and will go into the MIMBO portfolio at 22.30.
