How did he get through school? I thought with Down's Syndrome, one's IQ tends to be challenged? Is that incorrect?

Maybe he started from a higher base (being son of George Will).

Our school also had a special education program with a handful of students in it. Some of my classmates even volunteered (as an extra-cirricular activity) to help out the special ed program.
