Capital One said readying credit card bond

NEW YORK, Aug 19 (Reuters) - Capital One Financial Corp. (NYSE:COF - News) is readying a $100 million asset-backed bond pooling credit card receivables, market sources said on Tuesday.
The offering may be launched later this session or on Wednesday, sources said.

Sources familiar with the deal said the issue was a single, tranche of debt with an A rating.

Early price talk for the single five-year class of debt was 88 basis points over interpolated swaps.

Credit Suisse First Boston is managing the transaction.
