work environment consisted of these little pee-on people doing all this work while the guys at the top sat around and played golf all day and acted like children (immature) when things went wrong Well there is certainly some of that here in the big Dilbert type companies (which are all getting smaller). Big well capitalized companies with an annuity type stream of revenue can take a loooong time to rot from the top. The thing that keeps them alive is they all get steady blood infusions from smaller dynamic companies.
