Tommaso - AFAIK, the Fed violates the constitution as it is the power of the Congress to regulate the value of money.
The Fed contitution act has been misused since the beginning to the profit of the "Primary Dealers".

Yes I have sold Krugerrands as well as other gold coins. The best way to do this is through a coin dealer who is a member of a network they have where prices are quoted up to date. The dealer should be willing to pay you the bid on the coin. Sometimes if there is a local coin show with a lot of dealers, you might to better to shop the coins there, and you may pick up a few bucks extra.
