State Pension funds, or at least one sold bonds recently and is
now buying ( mostly ) the liquid stocks look at.

finance.yahoo.com^spx&t=5d&l=on&z=m&q=l
Before it changes..
<MSFT & GE are the biggest market cap stocks there is , and to shoot them
above the index like that took a lot a lot of money, only some big pension fund
can do taht..

Stupid but it was done, & not by JP6 either..
----
JP6 got a bad rap for the 2000 bubble, it was the State Pension Funds
that created the bubble..I've looked at the data.
And they are wanting to do it again, this time they think they will
get out first..
It's a frigging mess , they know they have to
get back some of the trillions they lost..before they report next
year so they are trying every thing...With some one else's money..
of course , but what the heck they can up taxes to pay for it..
