They can pay it by stealing the oil. No accounting, no accountability, and no oversight. US is ready to transfer all functions to the newly established government with only one exception - the oil. We don't even know what is the management fees, probably 15%. What companies are handling the tranactions? None of them is public, that's for sure.

YZ, speaking for myself, whenever I took that FBI shooting test, I failed miserably. I whacked more senior citizens and school children than anyone on the course. But, in my defence, I hit those targets solid. <g> If they're really after you, and you have a split second to make a decision, I'm sure I'd blow a tripod to kingdom come.
