The CA energy crisis was a direct result of a Republican governor (Wilson), Republican-supporting energy lobbies who spent millions, and greedy energy companies.

And I suppose that the CA Democratic dominated legislature was not complicit in this?? And the greenies who threw up roadblocks to every new proposed energy plant?? LOL! There's plenty of blame to spread around for CA's energy fiasco...

Is that the reason, that the author of the bill that deregulated power in California, is now the Budget Director for the State of California?
