"Mission Accomplished" strut .....

..... I'm having a difficult time figuring out exactly what, if any, "mission" was, in fact, "accomplished."

I'm trying to figure out how many deaths the U.S. populace will tolerate in Iraq prior to a national outrage against this $4 billion/month farce.

It's possible the U.S. military will withdraw without ever finding Saddam. At least they iced those two sick sons. Is it possible--conceivable--for Saddam to return to power in post-"strut" Iraq? Fact is always stranger than fiction. In that case, no "mission" will have been accomplished.

The U.S. must look like idiots throughout the Arab world for setting up human targets--in military uniforms no less--in downtown Baghdad for terrorists from all over the Middle East to come on in and take shots at.

"Bring "em on," says our fearless leader.
