VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--Northgate Exploration Limited (NGX - TSX and NXG - AMEX), and StrataGold Corporation, a subsidiary of Expatriate Resources Ltd (EXR - TSX Venture), are pleased to announce results from holes 1 through 4 of the Phase 1 drilling on the Hyland property 70 kilometres (km) northeast of Watson Lake, Yukon. In addition, Northgate has informed StrataGold that it wishes to proceed with a Phase 2 drill program immediately. The Phase 1 drill program consisted of 1,430 metres (m) of diamond drilling in a total of 7 drill holes in 6 target areas over 1,600m of strike length.
