Hi stephen,
Birim Gold BGI.TO make a new high today Made some ok money on Birim but I gave up on that one long ago and never looked back... bad for the soul otherwise ..

Actually I'm trying to figure out if I should be looking for re entry on Breakwater or if it's headed back down sub .20..
I'm going to be away starting tomorrow afternoon so I've raised a little cash selling off some swing trades. Congrats on the FM.TO. Another good pick for you.

regards
Kastel

<<<It is not your brokerage firm making the rules.
yes, that is correct...also, my understanding is that one cannot hold US cash in an RRSP, meaning that if you have a US stock (it would be a gold stock of course -g-) and you sell it, the transaction has to be done in canuck dollars. And, i'm pretty sure that if you sell US stock A and buy US stock B, you are subject to a loss on the exchange, even if the trades are done simultaneously...

(maybe we should be buying bank stocks given this kind of sweet biz ? -ng-)
