Saddam Hussein did not become President of Iraq till 1979. The Taliban did not exist till 1995. Did Muhammad Omar of the Taliban receive training from the CIA in the 80's? Maybe, and 10 years later he founded the Taliban, so what? Pol Pot received training and education about communism in France, do we blame his killings on the French left?
