You must be joking<g>. Majority of those US saving bond Chinese gov. holds can be sold on the open market in a flash. So don't even think about "forgiven"<g>

BTW, anyone has read English report on al-Quatar (sp?) is claiming the "credit" for this big blackout in N. America? I saw a Chinese translation from an Arabian newspaper. And they said they sabotaged 2 power plants in Canada and the US, and spent only $7,000.

If this is true, that would be pretty scary.
