If management seriously considers anything other than liquidation than I would vote for the MFC directors 100%.

In the most recent proxy, it looks like management was considering either a cash infusion or a liquidation. Cash infusion would be serious mistake. If there is a chance they would do this, I'll have to vote for the MFC directors and take my chances.

The stock is also up quite a bit from when I recommended it. One could take profits here, although I think they would be less than in a liquidation.
