I actually do not mind stock issuance in companies such as this.

Better they maintain good finances and have funds on hand to drill and ride out the rough spots.

When the go to the banks for loans, inevitably the banks impose onerous requirements. For instance with the junior golds, the banks impose mandatory hedging.

Not that I buy the conspiracy view of the world

But I wonder if all this puff about artificial diamonds
does not have two purposes

1) to promote these companies making them

2) to scare speculators out of the Canadian Diamonds just prior to the hot period so that the smart money can accumulate
