Not these people. They have no vested interest. They are from the Asic side of the business.

Anyway I agree with Cary, that a great chip does not make AMD a good investment for a number of reasons. One issue is the cost of the opteron (it is cheap). Of course if I were the CEO of AMD and I had a hot chip I would try to grab share with it so the pricing should be on the low side. Maybe from an investment standpoint there is a way to play this without buying AMD stock, Sun for example if Dell sticks with intel-only. I don't know what Dell is doing at this point.
