What does the French heat wave have to do with the black out? Were high temperatures in the North East the reason for the black out? (Note temperatures were not that high.) You seem to be among the experts who know what didn't cause the black out but have no idea what did cause the black out. Will drilling in the pristine Alaska environment help prevent future black outs? Is energy supply the problem? Is there less energy available since the invasion and occupation of Iraq?
