2:31PM Floor Talk : An institutional desk put today's action in perspective by telling me that they could hear a pin drop in their offices. Market makers continue to see tech stocks exhibit upwards trajectories with no real incremental data warranting the increase. While there is not a myriad of research being disseminated, it seems as though a flurry of bulge bracket analysts collectively decided to start publishing positive commentary on tech names, specifically in the semiconductor and EMS sectors.
