James, the JERK as you called them must be a market maker. Find out who he is at www.otcbb.com ("The board") and enter CBEV in the symbol. Best probably is to put a GTC (Goodtil cancel) order in - maybe they make up their mind and narrow the spread.. On the OTC they don't have to show your offers. The NASD's "limit order display rule" does not pertain to the OTC/BB unfortunately. rgrds CROSSY
