At the market bottom, people held on to CSCO INTC KLAC and god knows what else. It just did not matter. Bad news did not matter, PEs did not matter, nothing mattered. The true LTBHers were left.

Is it possible that the true LTSHers are what is left now.
If this is a continual set of new people investing in these funds perhaps it is still contrary, but like those who refused to sell, these people that insist on staying short, will eventually be right.

Personally I do not think Rydex ratios matter 1 iota. Other markets are driving this and Rydex is a mere pittance of the overall market.
