Hi fatty,

14k in my area is not even in the ballpark, way too high..not too many in the million dollar price range will touch that figure.

Other factors drive revenues state to state and adjusting for tax rates as well, but wow, what an adjustment in perception Washingtonians would face with that type of bill...
