Buddy, the big problem is, you can spend millions of dollars before you finally get a Microsoft on the hook, then the next President comes in, his pockets full of dollars from Mr. Softie, and his Justice Dept. takes a dive on the entire case. These monopolists know just how venal our elected, or appointed, in this case, officials can be.
