Any folks trained in Salman Pak I'd bet were Muslims whose primary goals were not a pan-Arab Caliphate (or at least whose stated goals were not a pan-Arab Caliphate). I would expect him to train terrorists to kill Israelis, not terrorists who would bite him in the butt. Now who would you expect him to train?
