Makes sense to me and I would think that exactly what we are attempting to do. The arguement I think is timing, some feel you wave a magic wand and its done, others are more pragmatic and realize it takes time to find, train and equip the Iraqi silent majority to take over. Even the govt is complicated cause of the 3 main groups intensely jealous and suspicious of one another. jdn
