The point is that i'm still a little irritated at the guy because he first got me thinking computers and i eventually bought one and now i spend great gobs of my time on the net, typing at people who then turn around and type back 'what is your point' Indeed .... well there were other minor points, like the value in not getting sucked into the bogus bifurcation babbling of the neocons, their 'yer with us or agin us' garbage ... life is not a football game, it's more like bingo where you have multiple players, only the cards are way bigger and everybody gets to call numbers whenever they figure they've stocked enough ammo, and the best prize offered is to stay alive and raise your kids .... thusly, the ability to distinguish between football and bingo is important, as three hundred pounders sprinting in cleats will inevitably tend to disorder the cards, and for that matter, the ashtrays
