Worms
I just checked and I had them.
I put on the patches from MSFT but probably too late.

This site has a real nice stand alone FREE utility to remove all kinds of stuff and is current up to Aug 19.

vil.nai.com

I had these two:
W32/Sdbot.worm.gen
IRC/Sdbot Trojan

All kinds of "temporary" files affected

Before running that utility make sure you have the correct patches put on first.

Go to www.Microsoft.com. Click on "Specific Actions for Blaster Worm" in the upper right hand corner of the page and follow the instructions.

Then run that stinger program.

Now I am afraid to reboot until I figure out the answer to this question.
One file infected was C:\winnt\system32\syscfg32.exe
It was removed.

Do I need this file and if so where do I get it.
