You are wrong. There is, and was, yellow cake uranium in Iraq - unless you are calling the IAEA liars. Are you saying, that in fact, the IAEA has been monitoring nothing for the past 10 years in Iraq? I don't know where the yellow cake stored in Iraq came from, but it was there.
