Indeed, I am not familiar with Israel's history. It is unfortunate. My concern is the struggle taking place there between to groups is affecting us, thousands of miles away. My concern is also seeing pictures of thousands of Israelis and Palestinians being killed for stupidity. We are in the 21st century. One would only hope that an alternative solution would exist. But such a solution will never be found until the average citizens on both sides sit at the table and look at each others' grief.
