It is the height of hypocrisy for people to cry about persecution and yet do substantial business with a known oppressor of other people, ie. South Africa.

South African diamonds and gold, mined by second-class Black citizens there, the diamonds and gold shipped to Tel'Aviv (and elsewhere) to be "worked" by Palestinians (in Isra'El) and sold through an extensive network of diamond and gold traders who happen to be predominately "Jewish".

Shameful behavior.

Many mining interests in South Africa, during the harshest Apartheid years, according to the Economist magazine, were Jews or those who considered themselves Jews.

Is it a crime to say that in light of the policy similarities between Apartheid South Africa and Apartheid Isra'El?
