Yeah, that's the ticket! Disarray among the four contenders competing as Republicans on the California recall ballot opens the way for the one establihed Democrat, Lt. Gov. Cruz Bustamante, to keep the office in Democratic hands. No surprise, Bustamante has fashioned a "tough love" economic plan with heavy emphasis on higher taxes to close the state's budget gap.
