Are you guys serious about Clark? People don't make General or Chief unless they are in the "in" crowd and are yes men. Independent thinking is not a promotable feature in the military. You play the game or you stall. Colin Powell being in politics and especiallyy being picked to smooth over foreign powers was not an accident. You have to be a good smoozer to move up to the top ranks. I can count on one hand the number of good generals and there aren't enough fingers in China to count all the bad ones I have known. -NG- Yeah, someone from a military financial background that pays $2000 for a hammer or a million for a toilet seat is going to fix the nation's fiscal problems!!!
