RE: "I just don't know how these price levels can be sustained without a tremendous lift in the btb..."

"These prices" can go to the moon with month after month of 1.05 btb.

In fact, btb is not important. If orders increase each month, the btb will fall in line and prices can rise.

If btb gets too large, that is a warning that orders will likely correct or flatten.

RtS, Thanks for the update - sorry for the delay, but I did not have time to respond yesterday.

Looks like today is another strong day for the market. This will make it 9 trading days in a row and I assume we will have another strong day tomorrow. If so, the 2 week "up" numbers for the Group and SOX will be "awesome".

Evaluation numbers for the Group and SOX are all at very high levels now, but it looks like they are going higher yet. As stated many times on this thread and others - all interested parties are pushing very hard to make this market go up. The only ones who want it to go down are the "shorters" and right now they are being overwhelmed.

I still think we are going to have some down weeks ahead this fall, but time is growing short for that to happen. As you pointed out in your "Chart of the Day" recently though, September is traditionally the worst month of the year for the market. One more week and we will be there.
