I don't know about living trusts. It does transfer to non-living trusts though! It transfers to descendants. So no, time won't fix it, time makes it worse.

Its gone though with this deficit, there is no other way.

Time heals all things.

You would think with the laid back attitude in CA, they would be willing to wait until Davis could figure out how to count ballots before having a recall election.

I mean think what it would be like if they have trouble counting the ballots what with all those punch cards per voter. After all, some of the extremely bright voters in FL had trouble with a butterfly ballot. I think especially the dead people had problems piercing the chadholes. I think CA voters could handle a 'butterfly ballot' especially those from "Pacific Grove", it might cause some concern with the environmentalists though.

But I think the task of trying to count the chads hanging on multiple punch cards, and forcing those through old card sorters, etc., well, I just see numerous pitfalls ahead.

IMHO it would be preferable to let some of the computer whizzes implement a new 'system' to count the votes. Remember they need something to do anyway. This could keep them busy for years, considering it would be a 'govt' project.

That way the rest of the country will not be laughing at CA like they did FL.

JMHO

PS: Is it true that non-citizens are allowed to vote in CA? Just wondering.
