It isn't an IPO. The stock is already publicly traded under TELM. But be aware that it will be diluted by 150% at the closing, in exchange for the purchase of ZHNE. Could lead to significant selling pressure by anyone keen to unload their ZHNE stock. Also I suppose there is some chance that the deal could fall apart. At current TELM price ZHNE market cap would be about $250M compared with about $210M for MRVC. I recommend moving any further discussion to the ZHNE board.
