I think I just got hit with the "Sobig.F" virus.

I ran norton av and it came up negative. Even went to:
securityresponse.symantec.com@mm.removal.tool.html and downloaded the Removal Tool and that did not find anything either.

Not sure what to do now...

Internet security experts said the "Sobig.F" computer virus that began attacking e-mail systems around the world yesterday is the fastest spreading e-mail virus of all time...

Win32:Sobig-F [Wrm] was detected in an email from Yahoo Groups I received today. Avast! anti-virus alerted me when Outlook Express received the latest batch of mail. This is the third email in less than a week in which Avast! has detected a virus (different ones) upon email client startup. That compares to zero found by AVG over the previous two years, even though I have AVG set to protect email.

I really like this AV program!
