that was the site i went to and could not get a response. I finally did get in and installed the 2 critical patches, updated NAV IU, then rebooted my puter, shut it down, unplugged it, unplugged the cable modem cord, and went to girlfriends, which is where i am. its getting scary out there. boy Symantec as an investment is getting more and more interesting. How good is Al Quada with computers? larry
