"How many voters will elect his possible replacement?" whoever votes is part of fixing the problem.... I like the fact that low voter turnouts give me what I want .....if the populace ever figured out that their vote is worth x10 or x100 during these times....well, they would be smarter than I give them credit for right now... this is totally legal and by the way 3 out of 4 democrats believe he lied on his budget earlier too....so, so much for a right wing recall... I like the fact that Dipy is whining , whining... boo whoo!!!
