I think they're just giving her a tryout. Begala and Carville must both be on vacation. I wouldn't mind seeing her be the regular 3rd stringer. She was opposite the bow tie wearing Tucker Carlson tonight. Too bad it wasn't Novak, it'd be fun to watch those two... Thomas Friedman for bedtime reading....sounds like homework. I have about 50 pages left of a 700 page novel I've been reading - can't wait to finish so I can start a biography of James Joyce that I stumbled across in a used bookstore. It's by Stan Gebler Davies - I'd never heard of it before. On the flyleaf it says, "This is the first full biography of James Joyce since Richard Ellman's scholarly work, published in 1959. There is no denying the thoroughness of Ellman's book, but time has made it seem prissy and inappropriate....." It seems almost sacrilegious to speak of Ellman's monument to Joyce this way, but it was the hook that got me to buy the book. <g>
