I am showing a 52 week high on ROC (Rate of Change) and Unweighted Index - Liquidity still languishes pointing down.

When does window dressing occur? End of September?

A few stocks on my watch are starting to move up.

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS.MW) -- September natural gas is up 5.1 cents at $5.17 per million British thermal units in New York after the Energy Department reported a 78 billion cubic foot climb in U.S. natural-gas stocks for the week ended Aug. 15. The data came within market expectations. Total inventories stand at 2.266 trillion cubic feet. That's 391 billion less than last year at this time, and 182 billion cubic feet below the five-year average, the government said.
