do you get the same result from accessing winup from the top of your browser window via tools / windows update? probably no different

my only other suggestions for changing the url for winup would be either via running ie repair tool or via a registry edit.

this should be something we can figure out

here's a simple thing to try... close your browser and delete your temp internet cache

if that doesn't work, try going here

if you have a back up isp, try logging in on a different service provider to see if the problem is with them
