And those who claim sabotage, bombings and murder are jihad, they are ignorant and misguided because these acts have nothing to do with jihad for the sake of God, said the council, headed by the kingdom's highest religious authority, Grand Mufti Sheikh Abdul-Aziz al-Sheikh.

Now
they tell us.

Hi Michael D. Cummings; Re: "Playing the game, changes the game. This news came a few days ago."

The bombings in Palestine are not religiously motivated, (per, for example, the Time magazine issue from the last year) so I doubt that anything any religious figure in Saudi Arabia says is going to make a difference.

If you believe differently, give me a date when the last bombing happens in Israel. Or a 3-month long period that is bombing free. Or something.

It's too early to tell what the motivation behind the attacks in Iraq is. (But see #reply-18459401 and #reply-18524134 for some prewar predictions.) But I have no doubt that these attacks will continue also. If you believe differently, give me a date by when you think it will be over.

I say the guerilla war in Iraq continues until we leave, and that the stuff in Israel goes on until they leave too.
