In yesterday's WSJ, last section, there was a very interesting article about home "tear downs."

I view this "tear down" phenomenon as the peak manifestation of the real estate bubble. What was so interesting about the article was that they were telling about how the "tear down" fad has spread from tearing down older, smaller houses to now tearing down newer houses (10 years old or less) and in some cases, tearing down new houses!
